The mission of the State Aid Division is to provide quality administrative and engineering assistance to counties in accordance with Act 445 of 1973 and cities in accordance with Acts 982 of 1975 & 1032 of 2011 effectively utilizing federal, state aid, and local funds to provide safe and efficient designs for county road and city street improvements.
