Concrete Mix Design FAQs
All new mix design submittals shall include a completed Concrete Mix Design Submittal Form. All mix design transfer requests shall include the Department issued Mix Design ID.
All mix design submittals shall be submitted in the CONMAT – Mix Designs – Contractor Submittal and Approval drawer in DocExpress. The document link should then be shared with Materials@ardot.gov. If this drawer is not available in your project, email Materials@ardot.gov and request the drawer be added.
Any information requested by Materials Division should be added to the original document submittal as either a Comment or Supporting Document. See DocExpress screenshot.
