IMPORTANT: To ensure the ACHM Workbook works properly, please pay close attention to these instructions:

1. Click the link below. Select the option to Download the file to your computer (do not open the file directly within the browser).
2. Once the file is downloaded to your computer, locate the .zip file, RIGHT-CLICK on it, and select “Extract All”.
3. In address bar, enter “c:\”.
4. Click “Extract”. This should install the c:\ACHMJobs\ folder on your computer.
5. To open the application, navigate to c:\ACHMJobs\ and open ArkansasACHM.xls
