Philip lives and works in Springdale where he is a real estate broker, investor, and developer. He is a Northwest Arkansas native, born December 19, 1950, in Tontitown and attended Springdale High School and the University of Arkansas.

He is married to Mary Ann Zulpo-Taldo, with 3 daughters and 9 grandchildren.

Philip is a member of Northwest Arkansas National Airport Authority, Northwest Arkansas Council, ARVEST Bank Director, and was appointed by Governor Asa Hutchinson as a Arkansas State Highway Commissioner in 2017. He currently serves as Vice Chairman.
